1. Agreement

By using PortraitLuxe AI ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. PortraitLuxe is operated by NextGenOra. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service to:

• Create an account and purchase portrait or card packages
• Upload reference photos and receive studio-quality portraits or personalized cards
• Download and use your generated images in accordance with these terms

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the Service (e.g., abuse, fraud, reselling without permission, or violating others' rights). We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a package, you agree to pay the stated price. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law. Contact us at info@nextgenora.com for refund requests.

4. Your content and license

You retain ownership of the reference photos you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide the Service (e.g., generating portraits and cards, storing them in your account). We do not use your content for marketing or other purposes without your consent. Generated images are provided to you for your personal or commercial use in accordance with these terms.

5. Designer Wardrobe catalog

The Designer Wardrobe catalog ("Catalog") consists of images and descriptions of clothing and looks that you may use within the Service to generate portraits ("Wear this look"). The Catalog is owned by us or our licensors and is provided for use only within PortraitLuxe.

You agree that you will not:

• Copy, download, scrape, or save Catalog images for use outside the Service
• Use Catalog images (or derivatives) as input to other AI tools, image generators, or third-party services
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any Catalog content

Use of the Catalog is limited to selecting a look within PortraitLuxe and generating portraits through our Service. We may take technical and legal steps to protect the Catalog; violation of this section may result in suspension or termination of your account and we reserve the right to pursue other remedies.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to that collection and use.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (e.g., by email or a notice on the site).
