Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By using PortraitLuxe ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. PortraitLuxe is operated by NextGenOra. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use the Service to:

• Create an artist profile and purchase generation credits
• Prompt original stills, optionally with an assistant artist on higher credit plans
• Keep a personal collection you can share, protect, download, or put forward for ranking

You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use the Service only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the Service (e.g., abuse, fraud, reselling without permission, or violating others' rights). We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms.

3. Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing a package, you agree to pay the stated price. Refunds are handled in accordance with our refund policy and applicable law. Contact us at info@nextgenora.com for refund requests.

4. Your content and license

You retain ownership of reference images you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to use, store, and process that content solely to provide the Service (generating stills and storing them in your collection). We do not use your content for marketing or other purposes without your consent. Generated works are provided to you for your personal or commercial use in accordance with these terms.

5. Collection and public gallery

Works you generate live in your personal collection. You may share, protect, download, or request a ranking. Public exhibition in the gallery is curated. Protecting a piece keeps it in your collection only.

You agree not to scrape, bulk-download, or redistribute other artists' public works beyond ordinary viewing and collector inquiry.

6. Privacy

Our collection and use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to that collection and use.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will meet your expectations. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. For material changes, we may provide additional notice (e.g., by email or a notice on the site).
